The problem with great ideas

Anyone can have a great idea. But great ideas don't move the needle. They don't reshape industries. Reimagine organisations. Or redefine systems.

A great idea on its own is just potential - potential to make a meaningful contribution. But potential alone won't lead to change that transforms.

To go from idea to impact needs more than inspiration. It needs:

Persistence through challenge
Process to guide execution
Systems to scale

That's what I'll be unpacking over the next few weeks – the lessons, tools, and capabilities behind EPIC, the changemakers operating system.

Because purpose without execution is just a wish.
